• Portfolio management guidance

2. No Shared Profits. No Shared Losses.

Valeron Markets does not participate in your trading profits. Accordingly, Valeron Markets accepts zero responsibility for any trading losses, financial damages, or opportunity costs incurred directly or indirectly through the use of this platform.

You trade and invest entirely at your own risk. The platform is a tool — how you use it, and what decisions you make with it, are your sole responsibility.

This principle is absolute and applies regardless of:

• The nature of the loss
• The size of the loss
• Whether the loss resulted from acting on or ignoring data shown on the platform
• Whether the platform was functioning correctly or not at the time

3.1 No Guarantee of Accuracy

The Valeron Macro Engine is an analysis and visualization tool — it does not execute trades. However, to the extent that any malfunction, error, bug, display issue, or platform outage influences a user's trading decision or timing, Valeron Markets accepts no liability whatsoever for resulting losses.

4.3 Delays in Platform Response

Slow load times, delayed data rendering, or laggy user interface behavior do not entitle you to any compensation and do not constitute grounds for a refund or legal claim.

5. User Execution Risk

All risks related to your own actions are entirely yours, including but not limited to:

• Delayed execution — If you act on platform data and your broker, exchange, or trading platform delays or fails to execute your order, that is not our liability
• Slippage — Differences between expected and actual execution prices are your risk
• Misinterpretation — If you misread, misunderstand, or misapply any data, indicator, or analysis shown on the platform, that is your responsibility
• Internet connectivity — Connectivity issues on your end that prevent you from accessing the platform at a critical moment are outside our control
• Decision timing — Any delay between viewing platform data and taking action in the market, and the consequences of that delay, are entirely your responsibility

By using the Service, you agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Valeron Markets and its operators, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses — including legal fees — arising from:

• Trading or investment decisions made using data from the platform
• Your violation of these Terms or this Disclaimer
• Any third-party claims resulting from your actions

10. Limitation of Liability — Absolute Cap

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

VALERON MARKETS' TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE — WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE — SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID BY YOU TO VALERON MARKETS IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

IN NO EVENT SHALL VALERON MARKETS BE LIABLE FOR:

• LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE
• TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES OF ANY AMOUNT
• LOSS OF DATA
• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM PLATFORM DOWNTIME OR DATA UNAVAILABILITY

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES EVEN IF VALERON MARKETS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of Japan. If any provision of this Disclaimer is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
