When you sign in with Google, we receive:

- Google profile picture URL
- Google account ID (used only for authentication)
2.2 Subscription & Billing Data
When you start a paid trial or subscription, Stripe processes your payment. We store:
- Your subscription status (trial, active, cancelled, expired)
- Subscription plan tier
- Trial start and end dates
- Stripe Customer ID and Subscription ID (references only — we do not store card numbers)
2.3 Usage Data
We may collect anonymized data about how you interact with the platform, including:
- Pages and tabs accessed
- Session duration
- Browser type and operating system
- IP address (for security and fraud prevention)
2.4 Communications
If you contact us via email or support channels, we retain those communications to resolve your inquiry.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Authenticate your identity and maintain your session
- Manage your trial period and subscription status
- Process payments via Stripe
- Send transactional emails (trial expiry notices, billing receipts)
- Improve the platform based on anonymized usage patterns

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

- Billing data: Stripe retains payment records as required by financial regulations (typically 7 years).
- Usage data: Anonymized logs retained for up to 12 months.

We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Row Level Security (RLS) on all database tables via Supabase
- No storage of payment card data (handled entirely by Stripe)
- Access controls limiting staff access to personal data
Despite these measures, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and associated data
- Export your data in a portable format
