1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Valeron Macro Engine ("the Service") at app.valeronmarkets.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Valeron Markets ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

The Valeron Macro Engine is a data analysis and visualization platform providing:

• Macro regime analysis and risk indicators
• Cross-asset correlation and flow data
• FX analysis tools
• Portfolio audit and returns attribution
• Volatility and relative performance tools

The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

5. Account Registration

You may only register using a valid Google account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at contact@valeronmarkets.com

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Trial Periods

6.1 One-Day Free Trial

• Available to all new users upon sign-in with Google
• No credit card required
• Provides full access to all platform features for 24 hours from first sign-in
• One free trial per person — creating multiple accounts to bypass this limit is prohibited

6.2 Seven-Day Extended Trial

• Available after the one-day free trial expires
• Requires a valid credit card on file via Stripe
• Provides full access to all platform features for 7 business days
• You will not be charged during the trial period
• At the end of the 7-day trial, your card will be automatically charged for the selected subscription plan unless you cancel before the trial ends

7. Subscriptions & Billing

7.1 Plans

Subscription plans and pricing are listed on valeronmarkets.com/#pricing. Plans may vary in features and access level.

7.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected)
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe
• By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

7.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law

7.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price change. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Create multiple accounts to exploit trial periods
• Introduce malware or attempt to disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent trading activity
• Resell or redistribute platform data or content without written permission

9. Intellectual Property

All content, data, design, code, and materials on the Service are owned by Valeron Markets or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes during your active subscription.

10. Third-Party Data & Services

The Service may display data sourced from third-party providers (market data, economic indicators, etc.). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. We are not liable for errors or omissions in third-party data.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE
• DATA DISPLAYED WILL BE ACCURATE OR UP TO DATE
• THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VALERON MARKETS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS OR FINANCIAL LOSSES
• DATA LOSS OR CORRUPTION
• TRADING LOSSES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valeron Markets and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Japan.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
